Very good session, better than the previous MHFA session

I found the training to exceed my expectations. Nicky was so thorough in her approach to training and the whole group was totally engaged. The way nobody was expected to join in the difficult exercises and there was space to leave at any point was so so important. I will be recommending this course to as many people as I possibly can.
