Bethan is a brilliant instructor - she explains everything in such an accessible way and is unafraid to bring humour into the sessions.

Great to have the course in welsh. Activities broke the session up well. Regular breaks also helpful. Bethan's delivery was very good.

The course was really engaging and I found it had the perfect balance of presentations, group discussion and smaller group work. I learned a lot and feel I could confidently apply mental health first aid in both a personal and professional capacity. Both intstructors were engaging and created a safe and welcoming space for the group.
