Adult MHFA face-to-face Reviews

This course has given me more confidence in recognising Mental Health symptoms and how to react calmly in a situation. Previously, I would have been quite nervous about helping somebody through fear of saying the wrong things. It was also important to me in recognising personal issues with anxiety. I now feel that I can be more empathetic to somebody who has more extreme symptoms of anxiety.

Amazing course. Louise very friendly and although the course was in depth and informative Louise kept the group very relaxed, regular breaks and check ins which were important given the nature of the topics.

Excellent course but with a lot of heavy content, it may be better to extend to three days.

The first day felt more relevant than the second day for work related situations but all useful for MHFA outside of work.

Really good two days. Course moved at a good place with plenty of opportunities to ask questions and for discussion. They are quite heavy subjects, however it was ensured that everybody was OK which was great.

Very informative, educating someone with very little knowledge and sympathy of the subject manner. Now have to adapt and apply to the workplace.
