Excellent course

Fantastic course, very beneficial and delivery was on point. My previous role gave me previous knowledge but this gave me further insight which is what I was wanting out of this course. Throughly enjoyed and highly recommend.

I thoroughly enjoyed learning with Bethan and Rachel. Though the content was heavy, there were appropriate breaks and a welcome space for laughter and honest feedback/questions. Will definitely recommend.

Overall very good. I thought it was a bit reparative but I guess that was just to drum into us the ALGEE approach. The pschcosis excercise was very insightful.

Very informative course and the trainer was very understanding of people in the course and empathetic if anyone needed to leave
