Insightful and excellent two days. Intense but also very helpful.

Excellent course. Clear explanation throughout. We were guided safely and sensitively by Bethan through the sometimes difficult scenarios attached to mental health illnesses. Would highly recommend.

Bethan was fantastic. To say this course is quite deep and dark, Bethan was really good at making the 2 days light and fun. I felt very comfortable and was able to open up to Bethan and my other co workers about taboo subjects without any judgement and learnt a lot of valuable information. As someone who struggles with mental health it also gave me comfort knowing i wasn’t alone . A really good course, well presented and learnt a lot! Thank you

I thoroughly benefited from learning the content in the course, however I did feel the course was quite short and would like to learn more. I will do my own research to find further training to improve my confidence and knowledge on mental health first aid further.

A very thorough and informative course run by a knowledgeable, kind and well-spoken instructor.

Not a reflection on the trainer however some of the exercises didn’t really tell the story of the scenario you had to use some poetic licence
