Loved the course Nic was brilliant, maybe a few more scenarios practically would be useful to see how Nic would deal with them as the professional but I know it’s always hard to get people to participate

Fab training really powerful and insightful. I hope I can be a support to someone struggling should they need it.

Good pace, reinforcing key points. Made very difficult weighty subjects easier to discuss.

The first day felt more relevant than the second day for work related situations but all useful for MHFA outside of work.

Really good two days. Course moved at a good place with plenty of opportunities to ask questions and for discussion. They are quite heavy subjects, however it was ensured that everybody was OK which was great.

The training was powerful and changed my perception of what is the right thing to do in Mental Health First Aid situations. I have had a very positive experience with Darren and Stella, they were informative, engaging, understanding and approachable with all the questions and emotions we felt like we would like to share. I felt very much supported by Darren not just through the lesson but afterwards being able to reach out to him if we need his help/advice.
