This is one of the most meaningful courses i have attended this year. Steve was very knowledgeable and supportive of open and honest conversations. Overall good engaging training, linked well to practice, lots of real life examples. Lots of useful resources provided, I like how the training was broken up with video clips, exercises and shared experiences.

Course was really good would reccoment to anyone learnt a lot in the four sessions the Miriam and the voice task was very effective
