The workshop was very informative and will now give me the confidence to ask those difficult questions in the workplace to people who may be suffering from a mental health crisis or illness. The trainer was of a good and standard and was informed on the subject and very personable, a particular skill that I picked up on was she allowed everyone to speak and talk through a subject and let everyone reason with tough subject matters in plenty of time.
Our instructor was very approachable and made the course interesting , which makes the information easier to retain. I really enjoyed the course- because of the content and the skill of the instructor.
The course was really useful / insightful in providing help and guidance in the mental health area Carly was clear and concise and talked through what are some sensitive subjects with real compassion The venue was the only negative aspect - a bit tired and canteen not very great
Course was well delivered. Open discussion was enabled and I veryone engaged. It would be nice to have a Certificate from an exam as well as attendance. Its great to have good resources to take home ( a book ) that is an easily accessible reference for home / work. Many thanks
