It was a very interesting course. I feel I have learnt some valuable tools to support people who are experiencing poor mental health. The atmosphere of the class was relaxed and everyone had the opportunity to speak. Louise was very knowledgeable and approachable. I would have enjoyed a longer course!

The course was very informative and I have learnt a lot. It kept us all engaged and that allowed us to learn a lot better.

Excellent course but with a lot of heavy content, it may be better to extend to three days.
