It has made me think a lot and there will be some great things to try and do within my work setting

It was a really fabulous training event which I and also the team thoroughly enjoyed.

Kirstie was a great trainer, engaging and down to earth, a chatty few hours spent learning and sharing experiences. really enjoyed it. only scored 2 stars on new skills/ knowledge because i have worked in roles where i have used PBS a lot.
