Understanding and Using De-escalation skills Reviews

The course was very good and the trainer was brilliant, correct pace and had a vast knowledge of the subject. This is the second course I have attended with Sherwood Training and both have be brilliant and of a very high quality.

Great course, a much better understanding of de-escalation and distraction

It was quite support focused, we work with a variety of customers from various tenures, some for years and some only once. It would be good to have something more bespoke to our role. It was great for the colleagues for which it is intended.

I found this training informative; the trainer's delivery was so engaging and interactive I learned so much more than I expected to. I applied some of the tools I gained from this course within a couple of hours, and it worked a charm. Thank you so much!
