Great refresher course delivered by Jack today! He had a sensitive approach to the group and was knowledagble and well connected with good practice shown with relevant examples to illustrate. Very enjoyable and helpful to continue to build and develop skills in Positive Baviour Support with understanding and confidence. Thank you Jack! 😊

The course was very good and the trainer was brilliant, correct pace and had a vast knowledge of the subject. This is the second course I have attended with Sherwood Training and both have be brilliant and of a very high quality.

It was quite support focused, we work with a variety of customers from various tenures, some for years and some only once. It would be good to have something more bespoke to our role. It was great for the colleagues for which it is intended.

ONline learning is better with smaller groups
