It has made me think a lot and there will be some great things to try and do within my work setting

Get a booster for wifi but brilliant course around the technical issues!

Just a shame internet cut out couple of times

It was a really fabulous training event which I and also the team thoroughly enjoyed.

The course is probably idea for anyone that has never done any kind of de-escalation training in the past. However, it is too basic for anyone that has or has experience in the area. The course also requires more time, it would be better suited to at lease two more hours.

Excellent course, really interactive and I have learned a number of new skills and knowledge.

Amazing course lots of information and experiences shared, trainer was very knowledgeable.

Kirstie was a great trainer, engaging and down to earth, a chatty few hours spent learning and sharing experiences. really enjoyed it. only scored 2 stars on new skills/ knowledge because i have worked in roles where i have used PBS a lot.
