I found the online part of the course to be quite flat, despite the content itself being very interesting. There were also a high number of spelling errors on the slides which I felt was unprofessional. The best part of the course for me was being able to discuss and enhance on what we had covered in the live online sessions. Overall, the course was enjoyable and eye-opening and I feel far better prepared to help someone in mental health crisis, or otherwise, than I was before.
Having worked in this area for 25 + years it was a good refresher. Feel this course would benefit people not as experienced as myself far more - excellent for people not working in the field.
I have really enjoyed the course and have learned so much. the only issues I experienced was accessing some of the modules, however, our course tutor was able to smooth out any difficulties. It was excellent. Thank you.
