It was a good day of learning and Laura is a great trainer.I loved the break out rooms and enjoyed learning from people's experiences. Enjoyed doing breathing exercise with participants. I would recommend this course to other colleagues as well.

Excellent course and really valuable to reflect in our professional practice being more compassionate n more productive. Should have more practice sessions of mindfulness
