Learned so much, such a useful course and would definitely recommend. Learned so much about self compassion and mindfulness and would try and practice

The concept is nice and initially intriguing and inspiring. Things that could be improved include shallow content that seemed unscientific at times, too many quotes and poems, too slow pace with much redundancy, somewhat detached from the audience, poor execution of some mindfulness techniques.

Slightly more theory than I was expecting but the sources and trainers breadth of knowledge was excellent. I think that slightly bigger groups in the break up rooms would work better but otherwise a very thought provoking course.

Really enjoyed the course and Laura was an excellent trainer. She facilitated conversations in a kind and clear manner and her content was very engaging. Only thing I would say is that with breakout rooms there is a potential for misconstruing of the questions/de-railing of conversations which isn't necessarily a bad thing but would be good to be able to have facilitator input when this happens to bring participants back to the course material.
