A lot of the material covered in this module has already been taught. I’m unsure what value it has to repeat it, and write another assignment about an imaginary situation when currently managing a far more complex change in my current role Also a whole day of on screen sessions is difficult when work involves so much on screen time already.

Very informative day, delivered clearly and professionally by Sean the tutor.

It has been good. Sean spoke confidently and brought all members of the group into the day and pulled information from us to bring our experiences into the theory. I learned a lot and felt like the sessions were just the right length and some good conversations about the material happened. Sean is a really good facilitator who paints a picture with his words and clearly explains some pretty complex models so they make sense.

i really enjoyed the course todya, i didnt know what to expect with it being virtual but found it very interactive and i learnt alot of useful tools. thank you

Very enjoyable and interactive session with lots of new ideas to consider

very good - although audio was terrible during the first session i managed to alter settings for the following 2. A good refresher for me. Look forward to the next session(s).

Good session with appropriate timings and balance between slides and discussion points.
