Apps L5 - ODM Reviews

I thought that the day was really good. I learnt a lot of new information, particularly around the characteristics of equality and diversity in the workplace. The tutor put the models across really well. It was also nice to look at my own leadership style and what/if any improvements can be made to the way which I lead a team. Overall, I thought that the content was just right and split into the correct amount of sessions. There wasn't so much content that it overwhelmed you, just enough so you could learn what is required.

I thought it was very educational, well-structured and provided in depth learning of each subject matter.

I found the content of the workshop informative and engaging. The breaks were also well positioned.

Very informative Course content was relevant and helpful. Good mix of learning and activities during the day.

Some of the groups were just sat in silence with little to no interaction from people. This made it difficult when trying to feed back.

Extremely information heavy.
