Ann is a great presenter and always manages to get the best out of people and foster interaction and debate amongst all participants (which in my experience from internal and external trainings is quite rare). I found the content really helpful and practical. The discussions we had were really useful and it was great to hear different perspectives & challenges from others who work in very different parts of the business to me & my team

Usually I find it difficult to undertake training via teams, however Ann broke is down great and made it really interactive.

Really enjoyed the day and found Sally and the content very engaging and informative. I knew I’d be pushed out of my comfort zone somewhat which we were but just to the right amount and I appreciated and enjoyed the challenge.
