Really great, relaxed and informal yet informative. Just the right pace.
Fantastic day, lots of new material and learning and what was really valuable was Helen’s focus on how to apply it all in the coaching context and what challenges be a could throw up and how they could be handled.
The day went really well, the original instructor was taken ill and we had Gwyn as a last minute replacement. He was fantastic form the off and delivered the course very professionally to say he had no notice.
Good day, especially with tutor stepping in last minute.
Really enjoyed it - Helen has really high energy
