Another really enjoyable day. Helen is a great presenter and has a really engaging way about her and a calming approach. I enjoy the group work and the opportunity to coach other candidates.

Really enjoyed my day as always. I know we are small group but I prefer that as each person gets to talk a bit more in depth about each point in the breakout discussions which is interesting and gives a good perspective. The course as always was well delivered and I always look forward to my Workshop days. Thank you

Fantastic day, lots of new material and learning and what was really valuable was Helen’s focus on how to apply it all in the coaching context and what challenges be a could throw up and how they could be handled.
The day went really well, the original instructor was taken ill and we had Gwyn as a last minute replacement. He was fantastic form the off and delivered the course very professionally to say he had no notice.
