Maybe a bit more role play would improve confidence.
it was a bit too long. i recommend breaking it up into 2 days
The course was well presented and the instructor was knowledgeable in the topic Only issue I had really was the video example being split and not one consistent story which messed with my neuro diversity
It's a good course of in the right environment. The breakout rooms on Teams proved challenging as the people in my group did not want to engage much so I found myself doing most of the speaking and delivering the outcomes back to the rest of the course participants.
I’m currently volunteer as a Samaritan so this helped recap my training with them
Especially appreciated the practical tips/resources like direction to hub of hope and template of a personal safety plan.
The course was good for me to bolster what I already know.
