Very intense but worthwhile course. There were a number of learning points that I found most useful e.g. Sometimes when people ......., the importance of acting on your intuition, clarifying what's going on and putting the person at the centre of their own plan.

I’ve learnt so much and grateful for the chance to expand my knowledge when it comes to this.
