Great course a lot of practical advice and tips to feel confident when dealing with any future incidents.

Laura was great and very engaging. I found it difficult mentally to stay fully focussed for 7 hours on a single, difficult topic but overall it was a good eye opener and helps prepare you for a future difficult conversation

Good theory but it will be challenging in practise as the support systems are not in place in Warwickshire. 7 hours looking at a screen is not good for mental health - maybe re introduce F2F
