Mark F, 29 Feb 2024
I volunteer for a suicide prevention charity and it was helpful to me to get another perspective of this topic. The work within the charity the visitors are there to talk about the suicidal thoughts and feeling. this course was helpful because it teaches about recognising the signs when having a MHFA conversation and the appropriate handling of those conversations.

I thought Sarah did a brilliant job, there were enough breaks during the training and alot of information which is all very relevant and has made me feel more prepared and have a greater knowledge around suicide.

I was very apprehensive about attending this course. But Sajda's delivery of the course took away my anxiety and made it easier to talk about a difficult subject. I was also very happy that no means were discussed.
