pretty good- could spend more time on the most important things: how to recognise someone needing help and how to help them

It's great the course is available to everyone and not just PC's

Very pleased to have taken this day out to do this training. The concept of Suicide First Aid is powerful and should be used in all settings.

I feel a lot more knowledgeable after this course, although certain parts were hard for me with lived past experience I'm grateful I was able to participate on it.

I really liked how they got one of us to observe role play and feedback, I thought that worked well.
