I found the course really interesting. I had no real sound knowledge of how to attempt and approach someone showing signs of contemplating taking their life.

I have known several folk take their own lives, and one potential now, but I feel better equipped to ask questions and to suggest a plan we could work out together. I wish I had done this training years ago.

Very good structure and the tutor adding additional information to help us carry out the correct activities to help us help people when required.
