Very informative course with excellent presentation

I have had training with Kevin before and remembered a lot of what he had taught me which gave me the confidence to apply this in my role as Wellbeing Mentor. It was great to have a refresh.

This is my second online training course with Kevin and once again I have really enjoyed learning from him. He creates an environment where everyone is willing to learn and participate without fear of judgment or scrutiny. I look forward to learning from him in future online courses.

The course is very useful, important in the job but also in the personal environment, very complex.

After all the information Kevin shared with us today, I can honestly say that if I saw someone in need, I would feel confident in helping them. The session has given me a much better understanding and the confidence to respond appropriately in an emergency.

Great content and pace. Good mix of conversation, break out rooms, learning. Olivia facilitated brilliantly with lots of care and compassion
