I definitely feel more confident having these conversations, and just need to practice more - which I'm going to do outside of the session to get my confidence level to 5 stars!

The breakout exercises were challenging, but worthwhile to practice the skills. I think I need more practice, but the resources shared are a good checkpoint.

I think the course content was excellent, well pitched and broken appropriately for rest and reflection. I would love my reception and wider team to be able to complete this training as they are front line and see the students every single day. It was very thought provoking with some nice support tools which I will certainly be referring back to.
