I feel the training has assisted me in my role but also in my personal life.

This was a really useful course. The subject matter is naturally a difficult one, but the tutor created a safe space where we could all contribute and share ideas and experiences.

Laura was great and very engaging. I found it difficult mentally to stay fully focussed for 7 hours on a single, difficult topic but overall it was a good eye opener and helps prepare you for a future difficult conversation
