Great course filled with insightful content and conducted at just the right place

Module was helpful in identifying the purpose and importance of sponsors/mentors, and understanding different personas and linking that to how it affects our negotiations.

I found the session really useful to help distinguish between mentors and sponsors, and to help identify individuals both internally and externally that I could engage with in this regard.

Wasn't able to join for all of the course today but had enjoyed this afternoon's session

Really enjoyed this module, found it really engaging with a lot of useful takeaways. The session on different persona types and, more importantly, how to influence and interact with them was extremely useful.

It was nice to be in a female only group as it felt like you could be more honest about issues and considerations around families etc. Amanda was a great choice of presenter

I found it really useful to really consider how this can support me in my career and also the importance of. The course was well run and even though it was remote, felt it had great value add.

This course was really helpful in making me see that I need to find a mentor and to develop relationships with my (silent) sponsors. Some really practical tips were given that should allow me to achieve this

These courses allow me to sit back and look at where I am and where I want to be, and also to realise how many preconceived ideas I have built up over my working life.

Really useful course as all these are. Gives time to really think about what you need and where you need to go. Previous courses have provide a fundamental shift in my thinking and this one feels the same Amanda Young was totally inspiring too
