Loved this course. It's really given me food for thought on what kind of mentor I want and why I operate the way I do at work

This was good. Familiar themes but the more I do these the more self aware I become. I’ve come away from this positive about my personality traits but also annoyed by some of them. I’d missed part of yesterday but the material is easy to refer back to. Overall this was an important use of my time.

Really insightful session. I will work on identifying suitable mentors/sponsors in light of what I have learnt.

This is a lovely course and if I apply this and take action will be a success

I really enjoy these trainings and recommend them to people around me, they are very valuable and the approach is very friendly, the facilitators always make us feel safe to share. Looking forward to the next course!

Really useful course and helpful hints and tips to use in future. I will definitely focus on a career plan and seek a mentor to support me.

There was some really good stuff in here, but there was also quite a bit of stuff that didn't feel relevant to the course topic, e.g. negotiation, and the pace was quite slow. It felt like it could have been a 2.5 hour course not 5 hours.
