Still feeling it’s a little challenging to stay engaged, feel a lot is being read off the course content that we have already been provided. I enjoy sessions more when we talk and put theory into discussion
The module itself was a slight repetition of many other courses I have experienced in the past, so there wasn't much novel content. It doesn't mean it wasn't of value, but felt more like a refresher rather than learning new topics. There were some good highlights though - the aspects of Sponsorship, the Guest Speaker, and the Personal CV where the most valuable to me personally today. I will contemplate more on those aspects and I feel confident in applying those learnings on my career journey.
A very good course again. Having had sponsors and mentors in the past there were some aspects I had done before but there were a number of useful aspects I can take away and apply.
This was good. Familiar themes but the more I do these the more self aware I become. I’ve come away from this positive about my personality traits but also annoyed by some of them. I’d missed part of yesterday but the material is easy to refer back to. Overall this was an important use of my time.
I found the content really useful. Although at times I couldn't quite see the linkage between some of the topics and the main purpose of the training, I still believe everything we learned and talked about will be very useful.
Enjoyed the course overall, found it very interesting and useful. Good pace and right amount of breaks. At times I felt people were put on the spot or made to feel slightly guilty for not contributing, but fully understand why that is done as you need people to get involved. Maybe go a bit softer next time. Guest speaker wasn't very useful.

Materials slightly light - some key content was retained in course presentation and not provided to delegates.
The coloured personalities is always a good one to do and helps bring people together. This was probably the most important bit for me, as this course means we interact with others around the business which we wouldn't see during COVID.
