Course very good and well presented

There was some really good stuff in here, but there was also quite a bit of stuff that didn't feel relevant to the course topic, e.g. negotiation, and the pace was quite slow. It felt like it could have been a 2.5 hour course not 5 hours.Response : Hi Max, thanks for your feedback.
