A lot of material common sense, but as said on the course, not necessarily so common practice! The diagram about working through the comfort zone to get to growth & development is brilliant, and I’ll think of this.
Some useful take aways, quotes of possible solutions and actions to take for the moments when I am Lacking confidence.
Great session, and appreciate the insight in how to maintain and garner more confidence.
The best courses I sit on have Lou and Jen running them. It’s a safe environment they creat. I have not enjoyed the modules they did not lead on, showing how much this matters.
Great course. I thought the guest speaker was good but I would have personally enjoyed it more if it was someone in a more senior role/with more experienced rather than a grad
