Really enjoyed the open nature of the course - breakout rooms worked well, pace was good. I felt like there were some simple tangible things I can easily apply. Supportive environment was great!
Excellent course - really engaging, great group and great pace. I enjoyed the use of breakout rooms and the facilitators created an environment of openness so people did share in the break out sessions. Only comment is around content and materials, at various points I would have preferred access to the slides used by the facilitators to follow with the detail. Thank you!!
Great course to break down the elements of impostor syndrome, learn ways to recognise and manage it and build a mental toolkit for confidence and capability. It was good to have so much interaction and feel like other people have to manage the same challenges as me.
Perfect balance of discussion in breakout and sharing of comments and experiences with theoretical - love the personas and being able to 'identify' myself!

Really liked presenters - Anne and Charlotte. Great energy which really helped attendees open up. I liked there was no pressure to have to contribute. I found it a nice few hours to take time to focus on my personal development which I rarely do. Perhaps there was a lot of content or not deep enough - but I didn't feel like I came away with a toolkit or definite steps to tackle confidence issues. Although I did take away a few ideas to employ. I liked the playing to your strengths section, with my take away being how can I use one of those strengths that I rarely use in my current role. I feel this was probably the most valuable take away. That and intending to revisit my goals and think about what's preventing me moving forward in my career.
