Very good session with an interesting guest speaker. A lot of the content is common sense but it’s also very helpful to have things reiterated. Paul’s style is very good, answers for everything and gets the best out of the group in a good way
Very detailed, allowed positive collaboration and knowledge sharing. Group work was very enjoyable and had challenging themes.
Pace and materials were excellent. Well presented with plenty of time for interaction. Clear explanations and useful insights. Flexibility to adapt to participants and their questions.
Informative, highlighting things that may be uncomfortable but necessary, for example " my door is always open" Paul provided a 💡 moment for me. Failure is an event, not a person" Mum mum always said everything is temporary.
Really good reflection of our human reality. I do invest personally in additonal development in this exact space of human psychology, evolutionary and social aspects of our lives, so this wasnt all new but still great content. Some new content and great reminder overall. Aligns to my overall approach in life and philosophy, which is pleasing and encouraging. Thank you

Great course. Paul was fantastic and very encouraging. Paul was able to challenge the group in a way that was outside our comfort zones but absolutely doable. I feel very refreshed with a new perspective on my day to day work and career moving forward. Thank you!
I truly enjoyed the entire course. I found the presentation exercise particularly took me out of my comfort zone and really enjoyed the experience.
Excellent course and content. I took a lot away from it. I particularly like the content on tackling imposter syndrome and the characteristics, lots of food for thought for me here. I’ll definitely be adapting my way of working moving forward.
Course was good. Slides were slightly different to ones provided to take notes. Very engaging and open to questions and challenge. Really like the guest speaker and puts things in perspective that life can take a turn but it does not define you.
