Really good course. Would like to have seen more on projecting your confidence externally. I am also dyslexic so having some of the slides that were not in the pack would be helpful.
Good - perhaps needed more time for presentation exercise and a way to push more of us outside of comfort zone (I.e. get more of us presenting).
Course was good but think some of the benefits /messages and ability to discuss in groups was reduced in the virtual environment. Would recommend a face to face training.
Very useful course, able to share experience with other staffs
This is one of the best training sessions I have ever attended. Usually these are done with people I work directly with. The global format eliminates any politics and allowed me to be more vocal and contribute more having not worked with the other delegates. It is a great leveller just hearing and accepting that we are all situationally confident and weak and how we operate in any situation is a continuous learning experience. The impromptu session - I am going to look at about 5 subjects or big thematic questions within my area of business and build a 3 minute overview so I will never struggle when being put in a situation like that. The process of how to manage an impromptu with little time to prep is a key skill. Also being able to seek clarity as a stress bandit scenario provides a great framework to deal with daily distractions. Really enjoyed this.
Overall very good, helpful to take time out & think about things you rarely consider. Nothing earth shattering but that’s the point there is no magic formula. It’s about being disciplined. I think in reality it would be better in person but clearly that has cost implications for all.
This was a well thought out course. There are key elements that I now need to take into my career.
Really enjoyed the course and took away lots of commitments. Anne and Charlotte were great!
Ex cellent. made me reflect on how i critical i am of myself and how i would champion others and back them but don't do myself!
