Clare has excellent knowledge and explained everything very well. If there was something that we was unsure on she explained appropriately

Chris was a really good facilitator. The training was well paced and thoughtfully run.

Very good level and amount of content - all practical, relevant and useful without being overwhelming and rushed through which made it more enjoyable to engage and take time to unpack things (which is particularly important with this kind of subject matter). Some insightful discussions as well as practical approaches to real-world situations. Overall a great session run by Chris.

Good course that should be delivered to everyone, all new recruits and especially first and second line leaders within the organisation

This sort of input should be presented to everyone within the organisation. Especially new officers and control room staff who will ultimately be the first response to an incident.
