I have attended a few of Katie's courses over a few years and I like the way she quickly puts everyone at ease and is able to deliver difficult topics in a friendly professional way. Today was no different, she handled questions and comments well and provided good real examples and scenarios.

The course was very informative and I didn't feel out of my comfort zone or that it was too advanced for my current knowledge level of the subject. There were very important and helpful points to take away and think about.
