Very informative training, not too heavy and gave me the confidence I did not have at the start to be able to talk to someone who may be experiencing thoughts of suicide.

I enjoyed the course - I don't learn well in these environments (interaction, breakout rooms) etc. That is not my learning style and can feel very uncomfortable but it was a good experience and she made it a very welcome space
