There was a lot to cover but the Tutor made it clear that there was additional resources/reading material that would support our learning and experience. It was useful to know there is further material and support should it be needed.
Really good course and I’d like to know what more is covered on the full day. I’d be extremely interested in learning more about the written course and obtaining the city & guilds certificate.

It has been such a useful session; now I’ve got to work out how I get the over 1200 staff in my trust to have the same understanding.
I have rated the pace of the training as a 3, it was a slow start due to the lack of preparation on behalf of some of the group. The technical issues on the work book didn't help either. Once she got going Esther was confident with her subject , using the provided material well. It was a shame she had to hurry the end .
