This was an excellent input and i strongly believe that this should be a mandatory training day for ALL officers of ALL Ranks.

The 3 steps, the direct questioning and the future proofing as well as the AAARS I thought were really helpful. Fortunately, the other bits just confirmed what i am already doing.

Engaged the group well using examples, discussions, and practical tools. Responded to questions with care and respect, showing empathy and compassion. Helped participants feel more confident and prepared to support others .
