Great succinct course to deliver the basics needed to help guide us on the journey of supporting others who are vulnerable in relation to suicide.
Very clear and measured with space for questions. The manual was a bit confusing
A Really useful course which I found interesting and it helped to give me a better understanding of suicide and what to look for in a individual in order to help/support them.
This is an excellent introduction in helping others to have the confidence to have a conversation about suicide. The course allowed an understanding of the factors that can lead to someone taking their lives. Sajda was a great in the reflection part of the course and how we could address unexpected responses.
This was a very interesting course. I know have a good understanding of suicide and how to support people when needed.
Good course that helped me to look at the way in which I work and address my practice. Work book a useful tool. Good illustration of First Aid in the video.
The training pack is very confusing. Pages were mixed up and no marker to KNOW which material was being used for what section of the class
Enjoyable course dealing with a difficult subject
I think everybody who works with the general public should have access to this sort of training. There have been points raised in this session that will stay with me forever and will give me confidence if I should ever come across a person in need.
