It was a lovely interaction with the tutor who helped me gain knowledge about the ways lives can be saved.

thanks for organizing such workshops..there is so much going on in people's life..through such workshops, one can learn the skills which can help someone to prevent suicide and the information provided in this workshop is also helpful on personal level as it says self care is also necessary.

It was different to be learning over Webex, however, the tutor handled the room experly, and everyone was able to have their say, without it becoming unruley. The session was well managed. The content and presentation of the training was expertly given, incredibly useful, informative and eye opening.
