Even though this was a virtual training course which was very different. I thought it was very well delivered and enjoyable. Taking time at the beginning to explain how to use the functions and what to press when was great especially to someone like myself that's not very tech savvy.

This is a really good session. It was very clear. It was very organised and easy to follow. It was insightful and also practised what it taught - participants were encouraged to speak in a kind way, what participants contributed was reflected on and discussed in a thoughtful and inclusive way. We were part of the session.

I found the course very engaging, despite the difficult subject matter. This was due to the way Nell presented the material in a sensitive, interesting and informative way. The level of detail was spot on, not too in depth but enough to leave me feeling much more informed about actions to take in the future and signs to be aware of

Really good course that covered some theory but ultimately gave some practical guidance on what do say/do when talking to someone who has expressed suicidal thoughts. A lot of courses are interesting but you're often left unsure how to use what's been discussed - this course had a good mix of both I think.

Despite it being a virtual session with the accompanying technical snags, it was both well delivered and well received.

Excellent training session. The trainer did a fantastic job making it interactive and interesting despite being an online session.
