Considering limits of zoom format, training was engaging and held attention

99% of the time the course was excellent, very informative and well presented. Just a little rushed towards the end.

Extremely useful providing participants with the necessary information and tools to deal more confidently with people contemplating suicide.

A very sensitive topic handled well. My objectives at the start have been met & I feel a bit more comfortable talking about suicide now. This is a great addition to my MHFA training.

This was really beneficial as I have had many conversations around suicide and thoughts. I am glad that I am in the right direction and will continue to support people!

useful tips

Delivering the training via zoom definitely adds another dynamic and doesn't replace face to face training for interaction. However I believe Emma did well to overcome having to deliver via zoom.
