Excellent! The only concern I had was that 3 hours didn't feel enough time to cover everything in a proper amount of depth. As a result, through no fault of anyone, the last section was very rushed. There were no interruptions or tangent conversations, so I genuinly feel that the course content was such that it perhaps needs at least another hour to focus on the final sections and let it all soak in. The video was very glitchy when played, but audio was perfect.

I got a lot out of this course as it came just at the right time for me. I am working with vulnerable people, one of which is really struggling. We communicate regularly, try to talk positively and look for the triggers of her not coping. I will continue to help and support her.
