I thoroughly enjoyed the training from beginning to the end, i feel more confident in talking about Suicide and how to help should the situation arise where someone needs my help and understanding. I will be looking into the ASSIST course and i will ensure i watch the videos recommended by Sarah Empathy V Sympathy. Thank you for your time Sarah ;)
