This was a very thought provoking training session and it opened my eyes to things that could be a sign that someone is having suicidal thoughts that I may not have thought about previously
Thought it was very well delivered and interesting to learn about.
Really invaluable course, I think it's important to talk about suicide and how to recognise the signs and how to support someone who is feeling suicidal.
