The only thing that I think needs to be highlighted is in my experience its difficult to get help quickly from trained professionals but the guidance given in the course was very informative and good advise to encourage open conversations with people

I really learnt a lot on the day and believe will enhance my understanding of the subject of suicide First Aid greatly.

Am happy to be part of this and the knowledge gained. I will try to share with my colleagues to improve staff wellness.
