Really pleased I have attended course. It has given me more confidence and skills to react to my concerns gut feelings about people I have been around or will be around in the future in life difficulties to help prevent them from suicide.

Good basic knowledge around suicide

It was a fantastic course and something I will use in both my work and personal life.

Excellent course, all though, as most of us had existing professional knowledge and experience, it provided more of an opportunity to refresh and reflect on practice.

Fantastic useful informative training session. Only downside was the grades being released for one of our assignments half way through the session, very distracting, especially for those that didn't do well, and given the content of this session. I felt very sorry for Laura having to try and keep us engaged after that

I really enjoyed learning about suicide and what signs to look for as well as when practicing asking someone about if they are feeling suicidal how to approach the situation and ask with confidence to make them feel easier about talking about suicide.

This was a very informative course and I found it very helpful moving forward into placement. Laura was professional and organised.
