Good I fnformative session increasing confidence in a difficult subject area
I enjoyed this course and loved the insights on suicide
I really enjoyed the session our tutor ensured we felt at ease and considered our well-being at all times throughout the training. I was able to gain additional knowledge and understanding as well as skills, which I am now confident to use within my role.
I really took a lot away from the course and now feel more confident with recognising signs of poor mental health in someone and hopefully I will be able to use what I've learnt today and help them in some way.
To get training like this for free was a great opportunity. Thank you to all involved.
