Thank you, I feel I have learnt, I feel more confident how to approach and be a compassionate person to be there for someone. Talking about suicide is generally difficult, took me a long time to develop the confidence and an approach that is compassionate and validating , this course draw my attention to aspects a broader view and understanding how to be with and empower and outline hope.
